A Better English Setter Rescue
Molly is a 5 1/2-year-old female English Setter mix.
She is spayed, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations and
she is housebroken.
She came from a home in Opp, Alabama where a child
developed asthma issues while being around her.

She is good with cats as long as they ignore her.
She has been known to chase her foster kitty siblings
if they run from her, but she’s never hurt anyone.
She currently shares her foster home with a 9 year old large mixed
lab-beagle male, a 20 year old cat, and two young cats around age 2.

Molly is playful and has been known to chew shoes, lint rollers, and
plastic. The key is keeping things picked up. She also likes her toys
if you play with her, especially her rope toy. She enjoys playing tug
of war with her rope toy.
Since she is a tall dog, she can reach up on the counter with her
nose and/or paws,so you  must be cautious about leaving things on
the counter. She is a picky eater and does not seem to require a lot
of food. She does enjoy treats and chewies.
She loves to be brushed and readily accepts belly rubs.
She really enjoys a good car ride around the block and is open to
walking where she can smell “the news.”
She really sniffs more than she walks, but likes the outdoors.
She is a good napping buddy and does not seem easily bothered
by thunder or loud noises.
**Would probably do best in a home with a larger male dog.
**No small or female dogs.
