A Better English Setter Rescue

Ghost is a handsome Pointer boy who loves his people, big and small. He can get so excited to see you that his whole body wags! He has a really sweet heart. He likes to snuggle next to you on the couch and will even fall asleep and nap with you. Inside that snuggly fellow, though, there is a high-energy dog waiting to play when he wakes up. 

He spent his early life living outdoors, but has embraced the indoor life! He has discovered couches with soft blankets and he thinks they are pure heaven. Ghost has also discovered TOYS!! His favorite indoor toys are stuffies that squeak and the wiggly giggly ball. He loves pushing it all over the place! He just found out about puzzle games and holy cow he thinks they are fun! Ghost is super smart, and the puzzle games keep him both physically and mentally active.  

Ghost is a fun-loving boy outside, too. He can run like a gazelle! He loves to chase balls and frisbees that you throw for him. If you don’t throw the ball, he will still chase: bugs, squirrels, or other critters. Ghost likes to play with other dogs, and will tempt his furry foster brothers into games in our fenced yard. Car rides are a joy to him, and walks are, too. He still pulls on the leash a little, but if you just stand still he will look at you to see what you want him to do. It won’t take him long to be fully leash trained. 

Ghost is very smart, and has learned many commands. He knows Come, and Whoa. We also use Whoa to mean Stay. He is learning Sit and he recently did 4 Sits in a row!! He is really a good boy. 

Can you make Ghost a part of your family and share your couch, French fries and lap with him? He just needs a best friend who will love him, because he will love you without end!
