Raven is a solid boy with thick black fur and he could easily be mistaken for a bear cub. However, even though he is playful with his siblings, Raven has a calm, quiet demeanor overall. After games in the yard, he sits quietly and will cuddle. He loves affection and will kiss you when you pet him. When playful and kissy, he does not tend to bite like most puppies will, but his tongue is still working!. He enjoys his toys, especially the stuffed animals. His favorite treat is cod-skin chews.
Raven is very smart and he quickly learned “come here” and happily walks up to you when called. His eyes reflect his affection. He is confident in new situations. He is right there with you and happy to go wherever you go. Raven occasionally will sleep in his bed, but he prefers a cooler spot.
It is rare to find a puppy as calm and quiet as Raven. He is patient for his bath - but does not like water on his head. Unbelievably, Raven sat quietly while having his nails dremeled.
